Dr. Reed Castle received his doctorate from the University of Nebraska. During his graduate studies he focused his research on various Computer Adaptive Testing strategies. As a practitioner he has conducted numerous Job Analysis and Cut-score studies and has over a decade of experience working for two professional testing organizations. Dr. Castle presents at educational conferences including the National Organization for Competency Assurance (NOCA), Association of Test Publishers (ATP), National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME) and Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation (CLEAR). He has been a contributing author to Clear Exam Review Journal. He currently serves as a psychometric commissioner for the National Council for Certifying Agencies.
